How you can Exchange and Return

TuVoisOuPas unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.
                           
If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.

Please note: It is possible to exchange a purchased item for the same style in a different color or size, only. Items being exchanged must have the same purchase price. If that‘s not the case, we kindly ask you to return the purchased item you are not happy with and claim a refund for the returned item using our RETURN FORM available on our website (footer). We will gladly wire you the total purchase price. You can purchase another item at any time.


Who pays for the return shipping fees ?

Paypal offers you up to 3 free returns per month provided you‘ve used your Pay Pal account to pay for your purchase. Check terms by clicking the links on the Pay Pal banner below.
   
Once your Pay Pal free return credit has been used up, the below terms apply.
   
If we have accidently sent you a defective item or an item that differs from what you have ordered check the respective box on your RETURN FORM and we will refund you all extra shipping charges.
                           
   
Please note the following limitations for returns:
   
          *     Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
          *     Items that have been laundered or altered in any way cannot be accepted for exchange or
                 return or refund.
          *     Items purchased from the Tuvoisoupas Online Store cannot be exchanged or returned at
                a Third Party Store offering Tuvoisoupas goods, and vice versa.

                               
Did you change your minde?

If you simply wish to exchange or return an item for any reason (see limitations above), you are responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge. And, if you keep the replacement item we will refund you the return shipping fees you've previously paid.

Example:
       
          *     You decide you don't like the style, fit, or color.
          *     You decide you just don't want the item for whatever reason.

What to do:
       
1. Include a completed "Return Form" in your return shipment. Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your desired replacement item(s) or check the CLAIM REFUND box if you wish to get your money back. You may download & print  out the return form from our website.
2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to you. If not available, you can use any suitable box.
3. You are responsible for return shipping charges. See FREE RETURN SHIPPING TERMS if you have used your PAY PAL account for your purchase. Click on the Pay Pal banner below. Tuvoisoupas is not responsible for lost shipments.

Did we make a mistake?
    
If we make a mistake with your order, we will take care of return shipping and send you a replacement item with no additional charge for shipping.

Example:
       
          *     Item shipped does not match the style, size, or color you ordered.
          *     Item shipped is defective in workmanship.

What to do:
   
1. Include a completed "Return Form" in your return shipment. Remember to indicate the style, color, and size of your desired replacement item(s) or check the CLAIM REFUND box if you wish to get your money back.. You may download & print  out the return form from our website.
2. Place the item(s) you wish to return in the original box we shipped to you. If not available, you can use any suitable box.
3. In the case of a mistake or a defective item check the relevant box on your return form and Tuvoisoupas will fully refund you any extra STANDARD SHIPPING FEES.

      
If you request a replacement:
   
When the returned item is received, we immediately process a new order for your replacement item, and ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. The number of free replacement shippings is limited to one per purchase. If you return your replacement item after all, initial replacement becomes a matter of refund retrospectively and will be handled as such (read next section).
   
If you request a refund:
   
When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back to your account/credit card as soon as we have completed processing your return (usually within 2-3 days).
